Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable, as is ours and we are dedicated to constantly improving our service to ensure you of the best possible treatment. To provide you with the highest level of care, we allocate specific time slots for each service.

In order to accommodate other guests, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to someone else. Please note that failing to provide sufficient notice for cancellation or rescheduling will result in a cancellation fee. This fee amounts to 50% of the service cost and will be charged to the credit card you used to hold your reservation.

No Show Policy

In the event of a no call or no show for a scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card you used to hold your reservation. 

Refunds

Services: Refunds are not provided on services rendered.  If you are unhappy with a service you received, please contact us directly and we’ll work with you to come up with a resolution.  

Products: If you purchase one of our products and you’re unhappy with it, you may return it for a full refund as long as the product is at least 2/3 full and it is within 14 days of purchase. 

Children & Additional Guests

To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly request that parents or guardians refrain from bringing children to the spa.

If you bring a guest who is 18 years or older, they are welcome to wait for you in our lobby while you enjoy your treatment. However, we kindly ask all guests to avoid using electronic devices that may cause distractions for other patrons.

For children under the age of 18 receiving any spa services, we require a signed parental consent form. This is to ensure the well-being of the child and comply with our policies.

Late Arrivals

We will make every effort to provide you with the best service possible within the remaining time allotted for your appointment. Any late arrival that is still seen for their services is responsible for the fully booked time.

  • While we always try to accommodate walk-ins, our services are subjected to availability. We do recommend you make a reservation to guarantee an appointment at the time that you wish. Especially weekends.

  • Promotion prices can not be combined with any other offer or discount, due to the already discounted service or product pricing.

  • Most guests choose to leave between 15% and 20% gratuity. This is entirely up to your discretion. While cash gratuity is preferred, it can easily be added to your credit or debit card at check out.
